Harry Kam Hung TSUI

Harry Tsui is a Research Assistant Professor in the Division of Social Science at HKUST. He received his PhD from The University of Hong Kong, focusing on social cognition, computational psychiatry, and digital mental health. His research examines how people understand and interact with others, with particular interests in social cognition, mental health, and individual differences. He applies computational, behavioural, and eye-tracking methods to study social cognitive processes across clinical and non-clinical populations. His current work further examines how social interaction and mental health are shaped by emerging digital environments, including social media, artificial intelligence, and digital mental health technologies. He is particularly interested in developing dynamic and ecologically meaningful approaches to understanding human social behaviour and translating psychological research into real-world applications. His work has been published in leading journals including npj Digital Medicine, Schizophrenia Bulletin, and Neuroscience & Biobehavioral Reviews.
