Profile
Zijun (June) Shi is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the School of Business and Management and an Associate Professor (joint appointment) in the School of Humanities and Social Science at HKUST. Her research applies theories and methods from economics, psychology, and machine learning to investigate how AI technologies can be leveraged to (1) enhance human social and emotional well-being, and (2) improve market efficiency. Her research has been published in Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, Information Systems Research, and Transportation Research. She has been awarded the MSI Young Scholar, Paul Green Award, and Don Lehmann Award.
